How and when can I get my new SIM(s)?

During online subscription, you can choose to deliver the SIM card to designated address or pick up at any SmarTone stores.
Upon successful payment, you would need to provide valid business registration copy, account guarantor's HKID/passport copy and address proof. When your documents are verified, you would receive an email notifying you the SIM delivery or self-pick up arrangement in around working day.

Can the SIM(s) be delivered to overseas?

The SIM delivery service is only available in Hong Kong at this stage.

Can I change my delivery method, address and arranged time after placing the order?
A
You cannot amend those information by yourself after payment.
